Complete Open-End Spinning Mill Line, Blowroom–Carding–OE Spinning, 1.056 Rotor capacity (352 × 3 machines).
- Cotton Opening & Cleaning Line (Balkan Makina): Condenser, beater, dustex, mixer, and bale opener (with electromagnetic separator), plus the associated conveyor belts, aspirators, material transport ducting, electrics, and electronic control panels tied to this line.
- Carding Section (Trützschler): 3 pcs DK-903 carding machines (2002–2004), 1 pc TC-07S (2010), 1 pc TC-11 (2012) — each paired with CER sliver-evenness regulators (HSR1000 from 2004 and TD-8 from 2012). Includes a feed tower and card feeder.
- Open-End Spinning (Oerlikon): 3 pcs rotor spinning machines (BD380, BD448, and BD480), each fitted with 352 rotors, dated 2010, 2012, and 2017 respectively, plus a Balkan Super Opener from 2018 and its fan/stand.
- Air Conditioning & Ventilation (Tüfekçi): The Tüfekçi HVAC plant: air-conditioning unit, pre-filters, rotary filters, compactors, dust-collection/cyclone groups, suction and discharge aspirators, air dampers, and a humidification pool with equipment.
- Electrical Infrastructure: 400 KVA transformer, power-factor correction panels, breakers and power cabling, control/lighting panels, lightning protection, and LV/MV installations with cable-tray wiring.
- Compressed Air System: Two Erkom screw compressors (KT-100/25 and KT100-25 S/N 89), an air dryer, 1000-liter tanks with filters, and the full in-plant compressed-air piping.
- Auxiliary Equipment & Miscellaneous: A barcode-printing digital scale, a Mısırlı hoist assembly (3 units), general technical materials/attachments, and a catch-all line for items valued under $2,500.
